Slum tours in Mumbai 1 reply
Thanks to th novel, Shantaram, interest in in Mumbai’s slums has increased.
It is now possible for tourists to take tours of the slums of Mumbai.
Thankfully, most of the money made from the tours goes back to organizations helping people living in the slums.

Listened to the novel twice. Love it more each time I listen. So of course I am very anxious to see the movie. I have a hunch that Shantaram will earn many awards as well as earn a huge box office take.
